Daniel is from the Hokianga. Attended Massey University as a Science Undergraduate then transferred to Auckland University and majored in Biochemistry. Completed a Master of Science in Biochemistry with Honours. Some years later he completed his Bachelor of Laws at Auckland then a Master of Laws primarily in Commercial Law and Corporate Governance. He specialises in Waitangi Tribunal and Criminal Law jurisdictions and when not working enjoys fishing.
Roslyn Park

Roslyn is a local girl and was previously the Head Girl at Northland College. Roslyn has a Bachelor of Laws degree with Honours from Waikato University and a Masters in Taxation with Honours from the University of Auckland. Roslyn previously worked for the Inland Revenue Department and the Crown Law Office where she was involved in prosecuting tax evasion cases. Roslyn now works on Family, Maori Land Court, Waitangi Tribunal and General Civil cases. Outside of work, Roslyn and her husband Wayne are having another go at parenting by raising their two grandchildren.
Jody Garrett

Jody was raised in the Waikato and has a Bachelor of Business Studies majoring in Accounting and Finance as well as a Bachelor of Law from Waikato University.
Jody graduated and was admitted to the Bar in 2004 and has been practicing as a General Practitioner in Law since 2005.
Jody is experienced in all aspects of the Law including Criminal/Traffic matters, all aspects of Family Law, Relationship Property and a number of other matters including Property, Trust matters, Wills and Enduring Powers of Attorney.
Delanie Wihongi-Hemaloto
Delanie’s whanau originate from a small settlement 20 minutes South of Kaikohe called Awarua where she lives with her husband, 7 tamariki and a moko.
She has been a part of the team off and on now for approximately 10 years.
Delanie enjoys working with the local people and in her off time loves to garden and cook.
Beryl Miller
Beryl was born and raised in the Hokianga and has worked and lived in the Kaikohe area for a number of years during which time she became very familiar with the local community.
She joins our team having considerable experience as a Legal Secretary and as an Administration Officer for Local Government.
She enjoys spending time with family and friends, testing out new cooking recipes, music, movies and the outdoors.
Tiffany Watkins
Tiffany is from the Hokianga and manages the finances for the firm.
She enjoys being involved in the work the firm does within the Waitangi Tribunal area and in her spare time enjoys being creative.
